These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of djgiannib.com (the "Site") and any music you buy through it, provided by blackops.com LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Our music and content

All music, recordings, album artwork, photos, videos and text on the Site are owned by blackops.com LLC or DJ Gianni B, or used under license, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Streaming a track or viewing the Site does not give you any right to copy or reuse it.

Purchases

Purchases, such as the Content Creator Pak, are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, and the price on Stripe's checkout page is the one that applies.
Your purchase is a digital download. Delivery instructions are provided after payment.

How you may use purchased music

The license terms provided with your purchase govern how you may use the music. Unless those terms say otherwise:

You may use the tracks in your own videos, films, streams, podcasts, games and DJ sets, including monetized content.
You may not resell, share, sub-license or redistribute the audio files themselves, alone or in a music library or pack.
You may not claim the tracks as your own, or register them with content-identification systems (such as YouTube Content ID) or performing-rights organizations.

Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to break its security, overload it, or scrape it in bulk.

Other websites

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Stripe and other services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. See also our Legal Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, blackops.com LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if greater.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
