This Privacy Policy explains what information blackops.com LLC ("we", "us") collects when you visit djgiannib.com (the "Site"), the official website of DJ Gianni B, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Email and device details on the Content Creator Pak page. When you enter your email and continue to checkout, we record your email address together with your device type, operating system, screen size, and approximate location (state and country).
Approximate location. To estimate your state and country, your browser asks a third-party service, ipapi.co, which receives your IP address.
Advertising pixel. The Content Creator Pak page uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies and tells Meta about your visit so we can measure and improve our ads. See Meta's privacy policy and your ad preferences.
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy and shares with us what is needed to complete your order, such as your name, email and purchase details.
Other services
YouTube. Videos are embedded from YouTube (Google), which may collect information under Google's privacy policy when you play them.
Music platforms. Links to Spotify, Apple Music and other platforms take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
To deliver your purchase and contact you about it.
To send you news about DJ Gianni B's music, if you gave us your email.
To understand our audience (device and location totals) and measure our ads.
To keep the Site secure and comply with the law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes above.

Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
